🛍️ Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You received an incomplete order.

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

The item is unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging intact.

Note: Certain items (e.g., personal care products, opened toys, or used kitchen items) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Used, damaged, or washed products

Custom or bulk orders

Personal care items once opened

Products returned after 7 days of delivery

🔁 Replacement Policy

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or wrong:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share photos or videos of the issue via WhatsApp or email.
  3. Once verified, we will process a free replacement or issue a refund (as applicable).

💰 Refund Process

Refunds are initiated in the following cases:

Product is returned and inspected as eligible

Order is cancelled before shipping

We are unable to fulfill your order due to stock or delivery issues

Refund timeline:

UPI/Card/Online Payments: 5–7 business days

Wallets/Other Gateways: As per provider policy

COD orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer after return pickup and verification

🚚 Return Pickup

We will arrange a pickup via our courier partners (wherever serviceable).

If pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the item to our warehouse.

Self-shipping costs will be refunded if the return is due to our error.
