  1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver all over India through trusted courier and logistics partners. At the moment, we do not ship internationally.

  1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

During high-demand periods (festive seasons, sales), processing may take slightly longer.

  1. Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Other Urban Areas: 4–7 business days

Remote/Rural Areas: 6–10 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier performance, and unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters or local restrictions.

  1. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders above ₹999

For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹80 will be applied during checkout.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message with a tracking link. You can use it to monitor your shipment status in real time.

  1. Undeliverable Packages

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or repeated delivery attempts, we will contact you for confirmation. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

  1. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items:

Take clear photos of the packaging and contents.

Report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
